Although Elim was started in Monaghan it has had a longer history and greater success in Northern Ireland and Britain. For more information please click the link below:
As a result there are certain differences in approach between Northern Ireland and the Republic. However, our heart is the same:TO SEE JESUS GLORIFIED!
Below is an extract of the Elim in Ireland web site(This site operates from Northern Ireland). Please feel free to ask any questions about our relationship. Either send you questions to Eric, or e-mail John.

Elim Church in Ireland
The Elim Movement had its birth in Ireland and has grown and developed until there are churches in many countries of the world. As a Movement, we are evangelical and Pentecostal and, whilst non-ecumenical, in practice we do enjoy fellowship with other born-again believers.
We sometimes summarise our main beliefs by using the phrase "The Foursquare Gospel." This simply means that God's message has four main parts
JESUS IS THE SAVIOUR:
He died on the Cross to provide a way back to God for sinful human beings. When we accept Him as Saviour, we are forgiven for our sins, become children of God and receive the gift of eternal life.
JESUS IS THE HEALER:
In answer to prayer, sick bodies and minds, can be healed.
JESUS IS THE BAPTISER IN THE HOLY SPIRIT:
He gives us help to live the right way by filling our lives (baptising us) with God's Holy Spirit.
JESUS IS THE COMING KING:
One day soon, as He has promised, He will return to this earth as Lord and King.
HOW WE ARE ORGANISED
Our International Headquarters are in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. On a day-to-day basis, the work in Britain and Ireland is directed from there by the General Superintendent and a National Leadership Team of senior ministers. These are appointed by the General Conference which meets once a year and is the governing body of the Elim Churches. It is made up of all the pastors and a representative lay leader from each church.
Each region of the U.K. also has a regional superintendent and regional leadership team to oversee the churches within its boundaries. The Irish Superintendent, Pastor Eric McComb, is assisted in his work by the Irish Executive Council made up of three pastors and three elders chosen by the Irish Conference which also meets annually and is responsible for Elim's work in Ireland.
The Headquarters of the Elim Churches in Ireland are in Bangor at the Elim Conference and Corporate Centre, part of a modern complex which includes Bangor Elim Church. The comfortably furnished and well-equipped conference facilities are available for use by churches and groups from within Elim and from the wider Christian family.
